Apparently, Emma did not get the message. These are the pj's that she insisted on wearing last night and first thing this morning, she put on her favorite sunglasses.

Weekend in IL
We spent the weekend in IL with Grammy's family visiting sweet baby Teagan, taking photos for our Christmas card, and playing with all of Emma's cousins. I don't have many pictures because I was a lazy photographer. Here is Teagan, isn't she cute? Emma kept calling her "Peyt" because she now associates all babies with her cousin Peyton. We are working on saying "Tea". She should have it down when we see them again at Christmas!

Happy Halloween from Snow White
Emma was Snow White this year. She looked so cute in the costume that Grammy made for her! (Grammy is very talented and can make anything!) We went to Farmington for the weekend and enjoyed watching all the kids, eating chili and lots of candy! Emma was not fond of anyone in a mask though, so maybe she doesn't like scary things after all!
Rosemary Beach Florida 2009
We spent the week in Rosemary Beach, Fl with my parents, grandma, great-aunt Joanie, my aunt Caren, and my cousin Catherine. It was a very relaxing week filled with bike riding (my parents joined us on an 18 mile bike ride, I was impressed with them!), playing in the sand and ocean, swimming in the pool, playing cards, and EATING!
Moser Visit and Cousin Julie's Wedding
Aunt Ali, Uncle Mike, Benny, and Nattie were in town for Adam's cousin's wedding. It was a quick visit but we had fun spending the day at Grammy and Pop's house on Friday. For some reason, the only pictures I took were of the three of them in the bath tub. I think Ben and Emma spent a lot of time playing together and the rest of us were just sitting around with Nattie relaxing!
We had a great time at Julie's wedding. The bride was beautiful and so was the entire wedding. Emma had a blast on the dance floor. Hopefully she will continue to like to dance, since her dad and I are more of observers!

The Bride To Be....
My good friend Stephanie is engaged to be married to Adam's good friend Dave (I set them up!). They are getting married in San Francisco December 1st. We are excited to go and be part of their wedding. We had a shower for Steph with all of our work friends Oct. 4th. Emma was a big (not really, more of a terror!) help to Steph with her gifts. When the shower was over, we had pumpkin muffins all over our house from Emma that day. It was hard for me to keep track of her and host a shower! Oh well, we have a good vacuum!
Six Flags with the Reid's
Adam's cousins were in town for a weekend in St. Louis so we met up with them at Six Flags for the afternoon. Emma had fun playing with them and riding the rides. It was nice for her to have someone her own age to do things with! Between our two families, Emma has a ton (at least 50 added together) of cousins. It is just too bad that we do not live near any of them!
Rombach's Pumpkin Patch
We took Emma to the pumpkin patch in early October. She had fun picking out all of the pumpkins for our front porch! She also was fascinated with the "haunted house" that you had to walk through to get to the pumpkin patch. I do not like to be scared so I hope she is not going to be into scary things!
Emma's Haircut
Park Pictures
Old pictures, but I am posting them anyway since I am so behind. (You can tell they are from six weeks ago since Emma is in summer clothes!) We took Emma to the park for a picnic and to play on the playground. She got the biggest kick out of her Daddy on the zip glider but he wouldn't let me post that picture!
